Exchange-Traded Funds
Exchange-Traded Funds (ETFs) are investment vehicles that combine the features of stocks and mutual funds. These funds pool money from multiple investors to purchase a diversified portfolio of assets, such as stocks, bonds, or commodities. What sets ETFs apart is their ability to be traded on stock exchanges throughout the trading day, much like individual stocks. This provides investors with flexibility and liquidity, as they can buy or sell ETF shares at prevailing market prices.
